  • I understand the benefits of wearing less armor for mobility, but just a loin cloth?

Seriously Warlord, at least get some leather!

  • That was a good one. But why didn't the bad sorceress dude just use his power instead of sword fighting the king?

  • @tickytacktoe the rules of honour maybe?

  • @RavenAndSlayer yeah but evil people don't follow the rules of honor.

  • Guys, if you saw the first part, the white hair is his daughter and I guess that the brown hair is his wife. The everything he has is his FAMILY!!!!!

  • "I've got everything I need right here."

*Two skanks dressed in rags appear*

    Indeed

  • they should start this episode with godzilla parody... you know its in japan after all XD

  • who's the Ironman knock off working with the Justice League?

  • @daniescott3000 S.T.R.I.P.E. a.k.a Stripsey. He is the stepfather AND sidekick to Stargirl.

  • Were they in Skyrim?

  • DC: a hidden land of dinosaurs and female protagonists losing their powers beneath the NORTH pole.

Marvel: a hidden land of dinosaurs and female protagonists losing their powers beneath the SOUTH pole.

    Differences.

  • Part 1: Stargirl about Supergirl: She is all about blah blah blah my cousin... blah blah blah my cousin... LoL!!!

  • Okay, so why were they fighting Gamera?

  • Fine by me, i got everything i need, right here.

*two hot chicks appear from behind*

    AWWWWWWWW YEA

  • @AndyTVlog Dude one of them is his daughter he even mentioned that eariler in the show :)

  • @LibraGamesUnlimited I know, i wanted to make the joke so bad tho..

  • this would've been such a good episode to have had Shining Knight in...

  • does the first scene in this remind anyone of the matrix party scene where the normal dress is scantily clad animal skins and such?

  • This episode uses as its basis the DC comic The Warlord, I may be wrong but I believe it predates the creation of the Savage Lands, Storm, and Phoenix. the first issue was released in 1975.

  • @abbeygod Yup. Travis Morgan Warlord. Good read.

  • Wow, I can see a Marvel Lawsuit coming here. First they blatantly rip off their location of the Savage Lands, then they have a character who looks exactly like Storm while producing a phoenix effect.

  • @RebelsToSociety Well, it's the Justice League, which features alot of characters from DC, all smushed together into one union. So.. Justice League should answer the question...

  • what comic is this from i mean the world and stuff if u get me

  • @RebelsToSociety It's from the Warlord comics by Mike Grell.

  • Why did they pick on supergirl's symbol?

Its worth noting all 4 JL members we wearing what could be decribed as a coat of arms

  • @Macca17 The main villain is Metallo, a villain whose main adversary is Superman. Hence the significance of the super S.

  • @Brittonsp Oh I get why supergirl was considered more important story wise but the line is the one of them had a coat of arms while intruth all of them basically had a coat of arms, its just something I find funny

  • I feel like whatever team that has laser dinos should have the upper hand.

  • LMFAO!!!! I love how Stargirl got that nagging from her pops XD

  • thats my Stargirl. Sassy but independent.

  • why is gamera blowing everything up in the beggining?

  • @robota833 I was wondering the same thing.

  • The source of all Kryptonite is found in the center of the Earth's core

  • There's way too much Kryptonite! Why is there so much Kryptonite? The brochure said there'd only be a little bit of Kryptonite! This is a terrible vacation!

  • Dinosaurs? Check. Magic? Check. Medieval setting? Check. Robots and guns??? Huge check. Apparently, the center of the world is one big melting pot for every theme present in any fantasy/sci fi story. So, let's just throw an alien down there for good measure, right? I really do love DC.

  • Yeah, Metallo and Supergirl. That was hot.

I've always liked this show. I wonder if that little world is an homage to Conan's world.

  • Stargirl: U call that an army?

Morgan: Most of these people have lost everything they had to Demos so feel free to dump on em

    Stargirl: What I meant was--

Supergirl: She means we'll do anything we can to help

Stargirl: (looks at supergirl then mean mugs her)

Man stargirl is one rude superhero. She even told her own Dad to shut up, I'm glad her ass got a curfew lol

  • @sumalumah *stepdad

  • why does his wife and daughter look to be about the same age? Y are all the women here the same age?The same body type? YYYYY

  • Morgan makes me think a cross between Aqua-man and Green Arrow. Anyone else?

  • have you noticed every episode starts in the middle of a battle against a random monster?

  • @Horticultural1 And this time it was BOWSER!

  • @H0N3YB4DG3RDUDE Actually.. it was Gammora. A japanese movie monster along the lines of Godzilla.

  • @frostmagemarii HE WAS MAKING A JOKE!

  • @frostmagemarii HE WAS MAKING A JOKE LOLOLOLOLOL

  • @frostmagemarii Actually it's based on a thing Jimmy Olsen turned into back in the old days of Superman comics (note the red hair). :)

  • @H0N3YB4DG3RDUDE More like Gamera

  • @H0N3YB4DG3RDUDE no Gamera

  • @H0N3YB4DG3RDUDE More like Gamera

  • @Horticultural1 I think you may find that it is an homage to the Japanese Character, Gamera. I've also heard that it is a reference to Jimmy Olsen's sideline business as being the guy in the suit for Metropolis tv kids show Turtle Boy.

Either way, not all that random.

  • Uhnn... the grey haired girl at the end is his daughter, Lol, you guys are freaks.

This show needed more Stargirl, especially in character Stargirl. Sigh.

  • Japanese girl: Don't you talk about Super Girl! Super Girl can melt you with her eyes!

  • this was a trippy episode. first they're fighting a turtle in japan, then they're in lord of the rings fighting a medieval war

  • @mothrafraker In the show, however, she is technically Superman's older cousin, but was trapped in cryostasis as a teenager while Supes outaged her.

  • i'm not sure if its a full on kids show. they nearly swear sometimes lol

  • Comment removed

  • Superman would've owned Metallo and Banshee.

  • This episode bothers me. Stargirl acts like the MOST unprofessional, annoying superheroine ever. I mean I understand being a teenager, but compared to even Supergirl let alone other teen heroes from other shows, she's a twit. I know jealousy can make you act silly, but she was downright antagonistic to Supergirl. I think the moment that sealed it was watching Supergirl running for her life and taunting her the entire way.

  • that battle with the dinos, lasers beams, reptiles, barbarians. yeaaaaa that was pretty fucking cool

  • In the comics, Supergirl and Stargirl are best friends. Just thought I'd share that

  • Wait, Luthor got Cancer from a lil' piece of kryptonite. That means this people will look like Chernobyl?

  • Supergirl is hot. By the way is supergirl meant to be younger than superman because in smallville supergirl aka kara is older then superman. Ani1 know?

  • @GurkhaSoulza Apparently only until September when DC reboots their entire universe. Then Supergirl with officially be Superman's older cousin.

  • Man they made Metallo a total bitch in this one.

And "but I've got brains!"? Was Supergirl implying that Superman is stupid.

  • wack because batman wasnt in it lol

  • so is metallo dead or what?

  • This was kinda like the JL went to Eternia and met up with He-Man and helped him to fight Skelator, Evil Lynn and Trap Jaw. Haha.

  • Some of the details are off, but it's still kinda nice to see the ONE comic I actually LOVED in a cartoon. Morgan looks pretty good (Can't believe that's Brass from CSI!), Shakira changes into a CAT not a leopard. HOUSECAT. Tara... poor Tara, his wife, and not even a full on introduction, and no lines. His daughter Jennifer -WTF accent?? Both Tara and Jennifer in two of my favorite costumes. Mariah doesn't even get a mention, but we do get to see her rolling around fighting baddies.

  • Suoergirl and Stargirl should have a spin off show!

  • Malcom McDowell is an awesome Metallo

  • @CJAproductionsINC i dont like the acsent though

  • So what happened to the Javelin spaceship/airplane?

  • i love how the green lantern goes to shake the king's hand and then was like, Eh! when he saw the mace fist

  • i like silver banshee shes wicked but not like like her i mean she does not talk . . . . at all but tala damn she fine

  • That was the weakest attempt at anyone's life I've seen looks like that wizard won't have a second try

  • Somebody should have told those barbarians that their magic green stone causes cancer.

  • I think this was the most violent episode so far =p

  • the episodes are only exciting when hawkgirl, flash, wonderwoman, super, batman, green lantern and MMH are in it( the originals

  • "slow your butt down!" lol love that part

  • They actually used Gammara the flying turtle.

    These writers are genius

  • Mike never told me they made a episode of the warlord. thanks for being a good neighbor

  • I realy grow sick of superman and supergirl, I wish thy would just die horribly

thy r so annoying, "Oh look at me, im superman, so dont bother attacking me with your nukes cuz it will just be a waste of ammo & I will not die from it, so just give up"

  • @mikisct They have weaknesses, at least. I checked on wikipedia and it said the writers could never decide just how powerful Kryptonians should be. The rules kept changing, other than that a red sun blocks their powers, so that their powers would work even when they weren't near a yellow sun like Earth's sun (I think).

  • this is a boring episode....... *zzzzzzzzzzzzz*

  • Does anybody know what episode follows this one up?

  • @authorjeff To Another Shore

  • In fact, why don't Superman and Supergirl wear suits with built-in UV lamps to boost their powers?

  • I don't get why red sun radiation would cause kryptonians to lose their powers right away. Only difference between a red sun and a yellow sun is that a yellow sun gives off higher frequency light. So a red sun is just a lack of higher frequency light, like UV light. So flying under a red sun should be no worse than flying at night to them. Only thing I can think of is that maybe they're weak against microwaves, which I guess are more common under a red sun.

  • @OriginMSD j agree white you

  • "i got everything i need right here..... bitches."

  • @aznsteve128 thought the exact same thing xD

  • @aznsteve128 i know huh

  • @aznsteve128 he didn't say bitches you dumb shit. this is not rated t, this is a kids show, u stupid piece of shit.

  • @mechoron dude chill out. its just a joke. and ur one coming in here and saying shit every-other word. i'd watch my mouth if i were you, hypocrite.

  • @mechoron Yeah, its a kids show but it has some pretty suggestive stuff in it that you wouldnt notice as a kid

  • @aznsteve128 I thought the exact same thing :P

  • Is it just me, or does the Warlord look a lot like Green Arrow?

  • mike also did made a few comics of the green arrow. so im not shocked.

  • I don't understand how they got high tech weapons and stuff...but still use wooden fences and swords and castles with torches....I mean we would love to have lasers and stuff like that

  • that white haired guy is one pimping dude, a Sorceseress and an Leapord Girl. Damn, they could seal me up there for the rest of my life too if that was me.

  • love Mcdowell as Metallo. In fact i could listen to Corey Burton's Brainiac and Malcolm McDowell's Metallo forever and ever.

  • wait a minute, this is another different version of justice league?? there's no superman, batman, flash or wonder woman or any of those?

  • @Jayzer313 They're all in this version, just not at the moment......

  • 1:57-2:02! Hail to the King baby!

  • wait so the old dude has to women?

  • 2 women? It's good to be king lol....

  • @Jester2415 the pimp hand is strong with this one

  • @Jester2415 Naw...the white haired one was his daughter. Remember? Who knows though...maybe they're into that sort of thing. xD

  • Three Years!

    On a Farm!

    In Kanzas!

  • How did a Big peice of Kryptonite end up in the Earth's Core, I mean seriously.O_O

  • lol "i have everything i need right here"

*2 gorgeous woman walk out of the shadows*

    ME- giggidy

  • Oh man! it's great to see a Kaiju spoof of Gamera! now only if Godzilla could show up that would be a real fight- it would be even better to see Atom Smasher take on big G be like a new spoof on Jet Jaguar, cool stuff ^_^

  • I liked how Supergirl was able to fight despite having no powers and Star Girl was a mega bitch in the episode.

  • I got everything I need... 2 hot girls show up... right here lol

  • @nejiisurgod

One of them was his daughter, man >_>

  • @HokutoAnsatsuken i think the internet reply to that is '...so what?'

  • @Joker365

I didn't know you were into that but whatever floats your boat pal.

  • @HokutoAnsatsuken there's a goddamn fleet out here already.

  • Long live Malcolm McDowell!

  • @ zenithsage supergirl lost her powers becuz of the huge piece of kryptonite not becuz of the red sun thingymabob , becuz there was sooo much kryptonite so close to her it messed her powers up

  • It's gozilla!

  • @williamwzl It's not Godzilla, it's Gamera. Flying turtle monster. :)

  • at 2:02, he says he has everything he needs as two hot bitches walk down the stairs. i think he is right

  • @zenithsage Its not gravity or a red sun, but rather the lack of yellow sun radiation that denies her of her powers.

  • This was the most random episode of the season, let alone a Metallo appearance...

  • Stargirl is so immature in this episode!

  • can stargirl use her powers w/o that staff of hers?

  • g.l is favored so often

he seems to appear so much than other original members of justice league.

  • Two sexy ladies appear and then he says "I got everything I need right here." LOL

  • u know metallo got his ass kicked after star got rid of the krytonite lol

  • Green Lantern: SuperGirl you stay...fine lol

  • Gamara in the first installment?

Three years... on a farm... in Kansas!

  • Who is the iron man? i know hes not iron man but wats his name?

  • @nightcrawler491 S.T.R.I.P.E.S.

  • @starflowerfantasy what does that stand for?

  • @nightcrawler491 Actually it's S.T.R.I.P.E. and it's Special Tactics Robotic Integrated Power Enhancer

  • Nothing quite like a good old British villain.

  • doesnt he got an kryptonite gem in his eye?

  • I agree with you on that roquero03 I mean cavepeople riding dinosaurs c'mon and let's not forget the battle which was sort of like the Lord of the rings with lizard men and witches.

Supergirl sure definetly matures in this episode where not only does she change costumes, but attitude as well. She really did improve herself a lot. Well now that she and stargirl are at a truce she can sure teach her how she can become as popular as her, that is if she is willing to compromise on that.

  • this has a bit of a lord of the rings feel to it....

  • Y'know

I really love JLU, but the whole good human bad monster thing in this episode was cliched

Just once I'd like to see the dinosaur riding reptiles as the good guys

    Is that so wrong?

  • I agree there.

Slavery, genocide, reality tv. All evil, all created by mammals. Reptiles deserve a break :)

  • In the beginning that japanese girl was funny. Dont you talk about supergirl, supergirl can melt you with her eyes!

  • Metallo is great.

  • Where'd the screaming chick go, Banshee or something? She just disappears and never comes back?

  • Silver Banshee kinda looks like Ghost Widow from City of Villains.

  • who is that girl with the white hair the one that wears green and uses witchy powers???

  • wow! besides the tension between supergirl and stargirl this story was pretty dumb. I mean I like this show but hey: dinosaurs, an ex-marine version of conan having a witch daughter, an evil witcher as his archenemy.... could be a nice story if it was an own series.

  • You are either trying to be funny or don't know much about DC's comics. If it's the later, the series already exists. It ran for over a hundred issues, but that was back in the 80s.

  • I apologize for my lack of knowledge. I really didn't know that such a series already exists. Nontheless my point is that this mixture seems kind of unfitting, especially when it's introduced to people like me who've never even heard of such a series. But that's just my point of view and I respect any other opinion that differs from mine :)

  • No apology necessary - I am man enough to admit that my response to your original comment was a bit dickish. And I never meant to imply that your opinion was somehow invalid (far from it).

  • If they were in the center of the Earth, then:

1: How can they see the sun?

2: I thought it was just a sespool of lava down there.

3: Witches, dinosaurs, and lasers? WTF!?

  • dude..it's cartoons..anything can happen

  • @MegaDAgr8 It could be there's some sort of pocket dimension down there. GL seals it up with his ring, but if it was just a hole leading down there, anybody should be able to get through! (Just get the most powerful drill in the world and drill through!) GL says it's a 'portal', not just an opening leading down to the area. I'm only speculating, and the easiest answer probably is that "it's cartoons", but it seems to me there's something not quite 'normal' about the area.

  • @MegaDAgr8 (As if 'normal' could ever be applied to cartoons! XD) And those are a common staple of comic books. (Pocket dimensions) I've lost count of the times I've seen them appear in Marvel's comics. DC probably has quite a few, I'm sure.

  • @MegaDAgr8 yeah, that sun part really confused me too.... I'd say that might not have been the sun but the Earth's core;

as for your other two questions: ever heard of Jules Verne's Journey to the Centre of the Earth? that's where it all started... a trend of depicting ancient prehistoric worlds in the underground

  • stargirl and supergirl r both hot

  • i think that supergirl is hotter than stargirl

  • @rosanoisapimp Supergirl is more

  • All I know is Stargirl kicks ass. I mean, her staff is like a friggin' G.L. power ring, only it can also be used as a weapon.

Also, her 'dad' is probably the coolest dad ever... I mean, I would friggin' KILL to have a dad that followed me into battle... With a bad ass super suit no less... XD

  • S.T.R.I.P.E isn't Stargirl's father, his name is Pat Dugan... they used to be a team-up, like The Brave and The Bold (Batman and some other hero) or Faster Friends (GL/Flash), or maybe World's Finest (Superman/Bats), that way

  • he's her step dad actually

  • yeah, I've found recently that info...

    thanks (:D)

  • G.L. power rings can be used as weapons....

  • supergirl is very pretty

  • Shyeah!!!! GIRL POWER!!!!

  • When Supergirl cut out Metallo's Kryptonite, he was frozen solid. But in the S:TAS episode "Action Figures", Metallo was still able to move after it's removal, even briefly chasing after it.

  • *sigh* blonde female superheroes ...:): ) :)
