    Y SO SERIOUS?!

  • I love these non feathered raptors. They're what i grew up with.

  • DINO!!!

  • 0:13

Raptor 1- JESUS **** TAG ME!!

Raptor 2- No way man im just gonna pretend to attack him..

  • @Julesoogle

This was BEFORE the feathers were discovered.

  • i will buy bronze Jurassic Park Diorama there was only 50 in world

  • Me no like feathers on dinos.

  • Lol

  • aaahhhh man i want that

  • to survive the coldest enviroments. It is possible their blood also worked as an anti-freeze which could allow them to survive in cold environments. Of course, that is just my opinion. BTW that is a cool sculpture.

  • I for one hate the idea of feathers on dinosaurs. If they were supposed to be reptiles, they souldn't have feathers. And what was the reason of changing a Velociraptor species to Dinonychus. Because Dienonychus was originally a species of velociraptor. It was discovered while JP was being filmed. But scientists had to be stupid and chnage it to a different species. My theory on the feather thing is they never had feathers. At all. It is possible they had a long extinct gene which allowed them

  • actually that would makesome sense except the the fact that dinosaurs were not reptiles. they were dinosaurs. they ere a completely different order of animals not really reptiles, and not completely birds yet. rather like an intermediate stage between reptiles and birds.

  • @1Morey, when you stat your opinion on the whole father thing, can you also post what school you went to and where you dig up dinosaurs? I am just curiouswhere you practice your archeology and what makes you an expert on this issue. let me know.

    cheers :)

  • @1Morey

Dinosaurs were more related to birds, which is why they had feathers. Try again.

  • nu nu nu nu nu BORING!

  • holy shit... massively incredible paint job, there. that must've been pain-staking to do. i fearest i'll never be that great an artist. i applaud you.

  • velociraptor was only the size of a chicken maby a tad bigger a Utah raptor would be bigger and a better match up.

  • Very true but did you know during the making of the 1st JP movie they did find a 6 foot tall raptor while they were making the movie

  • It's a deinonychus. Utahraptor was half Rex's length and about a third to a fourth as tall.

  • @wachnathan velociraptor was much bigger than a chicken it was well over 6 ft. long head to tall your thinking about compsagnathus, they are about the size of chickens

  • the ones in jurassic park were deinonychus not utah raptors. utahraptors were much bigger than humans. the ones in the movie were about the same size as humans. and deinonychus at the time was still refered to by some as velociraptor antirrhopus

  • @lifelessperson1993 Utahraptor was 6 feet tall. The movie raptors were 6 feet tall. Do the math.

  • Yes they weren't mutated...ur right tho but when they made JP they didn't have enough realistic data about the raptors yet.. they didn't realize until through later findings that raptors had feathers. The raptor in jp is more like Deinonychus and the mutation of the frog DNA the chromosomes would change in the eliminating the growth of feathers so they were more like reptiles then birds!!!

  • lol i somehow stumbled upon this. the guy singing at the beginning is sooo stupid. deehhh dehhh dehhh...Hi There! lolol

  • @Dilo22

no they weren't mutated...but when they made JP1 they just didn't have enough realistic data about the raptors yet.. they didn't realize until through later findings that raptors had feathers.

  • Yes they were mutated. They had frog DNA mixed with them.

Not to mention their freakishly large size. But that was probably more done for the sake of entertainment than anything

  • velocibird

  • I bought one for 90 dollars but not as good as that one

  • Maybe, maybe not. The raptors in the original JP were the most mutated and unnatural of the raptors. Fresh from the lab where they underwent genetic modification. Therefore they look different, freakish if you will.

The raptors in JP3 had been living there for decades, breeding. After a while the genes start to degrade back to something more natural and "normal". Which probably meant having feathers.

    imo.

  • Really, I just thought InGen did some DNA tests with birds

  • but its too expensive

  • i like this but the rex's teeth r to small

  • I agree. That T-Rex has teeth like a toddler. lol
