  • that is adorable <3

i would get confused if i was him.

    :D

  • Smart kid.

  • damn smart kid. i'm totally confused

  • OMG! I love this Muppet & Kid Moment sketch.

  • Classic! I totally remember this. From the year I was born too.

  • That kid is SHARP.

  • LOL!!!! That is too cute!!! "D

  • Ahahaha, it's like grovers head is suddenly going to explode.

  • i love his laugh. so contagious

  • so cute. he's a smark kid. i think i would get confused after a couple tries.

  • Or after trying to leave a correctly spelled youtube comment. haha - sorry, but the irony was too much. Not trying to be mean :)

  • These kind of videos really make you feel good deep inside....Brilliant!

  • This reminds me of my sis when I tried to teach her the alphabet when she was little... we'd do fine up to W...

    Me: W

    Sis: Double me...

    I miss being that age!

  • aw cute! do you ever, remind her of that? lol

  • That's hilarious!!

  • god, i miss this show...

  • It's one of those things that's not confusing until you think about it.

  • Yeah that's what's so funny!!! LOL!!

  • oh man, this is so awesome - this is one of my favorites so far!

  • These recordings make me so happy.

  • It should be called "Grover and Brian tackle Existentialism!"

  • That kid is smarter than grover!

  • kids well clever

  • Frank Oz also does the voices of Miss Piggy and Fozzie Bear, what a talented man!

  • lol

  • OLD TIMES

  • I love the humor element, event today. That's what made learning easy...when you just had fun. Hmmm wonder if that BRIAN is HENSON???

  • No, it's not.

  • fair enough. Thanks. Jo

  • I think Brian's blonder. You can see Brian Henson in a couple of the Baker Numbers sketches. He says, "Three peas!" after lifting a cover from a dish, and cries, "Six nickels!" after pouring the money from a piggy bank.

  • This is actually a very subtle exploration in otherness. Grover demonstrates that conceptualizing the I-thou is not as deterministic as we would oft have it.

  • Yeah! That's what I wanna see, the "Near, Far, Over, Under, and through Grover song!

  • grover peaked during his near/far sketch, after that he was just going through the motions

  • Super smart little guy, probably head of some corporation by now. But he's totally buying it.

  • Damn this kid is smart. He's probably working for NASA or some shit today. :o No doubt.

  • just screw it all, I'm gonna call you grover! lol

  • food sensitivities too, probably cow's milk. :)

  • A lot of us kids who grow up back East and have to breathe in all that humidity sound a lot like that. He sounds like he needs to have his adenoids removed.

  • Or *had to*... :P

  • LOL he's frustrated with grover!!

  • I love this one! I agree. They need to get "elmo's world" out of there and bring back all of the interaction. I grew up with this in the 70's...now my 5 yr old loves it too. I show him old stuff....he loves Grover!

  • Oh heck yes; bring back the real-life kids on Sesame Street! If they need "Elmo's World" to stay afloat financially, Sesame Workshop should make that a spinoff show in its own right; they already treat it that way in at least two other countries.

  • They do? I know that a lot of other countries seem to have kept the older format, but I didn't know they had an "Elmo's World" spinoff.

  • Brian must've had adenoids.

  • Actually...I think it's Frank Oz; notice the similarity in the voice to YODA ???

  • I forgot that Grover was Yoda until I read your post.

  • Grover and Yoda are BOTH voiced by Frank Oz

  • I agree too. It would be a good idea to just give Elmo his own show and bring Sesame Street back to the way it used to be. Shame it will never happen though.

  • My 3-year-old daughter got a kick out of this. Anything with Grover, she just loves, because Grover is such a goofball. I, too, think they should have the muppets interact with children again. To me, "Elmo's World" is so overrated, and it takes up a good third of the show!!!!

  • They should have the muppets interact with children again. They gotta bring the old tradition back!

  • You mean They don't do that anymore?

  • To understand the context of "you" and "me" and explain it is very good. This kid must be working for NASA now.

  • Funny to think that kid is now probably pretty close to if not over 40 years old!

  • he looks about 5 so if this was in 1971 he is probably around 36 now.

  • If he was born in 1966 or 1967, he is 39/40 now

  • oh yeah, my bad. :)

  • is this brian henson?

  • I don't think it is.

  • Are you sure? He looks like Brian Henson to me.

  • Brian has an annoying voice :|

  • aww he has a cute voice. :D

  • "You, Be, You, Be!"

    That's uh, that's cute alright :)

  • he has a cute little kid voice :)

  • Sounds like he has a deviated septum.

  • ha ha! That one's priceless! I love seeing the kids interact with the Muppets, especially Grover! He improvises very well! :-)
