@RealisticShelf They discontinued the Delta Big Daddies because it could only bond to 1 little sister. The reason the Delta line can use plasmids is there is a person inside that suit as opposed to the mass produced big daddies which are basically organs in a diving suit. Delta was also discontinued because it was too expensive to mass produce and because Delta would die if the little sister dies. It is inefficient compared to the other big daddies because it is human.

The most effective way to deal with a Big Sister as far as I know:

1. Set up a decoy within range of a hacked security cam.

2. (Optional) Hit her with Security Command so the camera will spot her quicker.

3. Set up another decoy every 10 seconds or so while security bots continue to show up and shoot the shit out of her.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 when the security alert expires.

5. ???

6. Profit.

@TheLegomasterdx lol a lot of people seem to have trouble harvesting little sisters. I'll be honest here: I had a hard time making myself do it, too. The fact that the game itself seems to disapprove of harvesting little sisters didn't help, either. However, the rewards in Bioshock 2 for saving Little Sisters are utter garbage when not gathering ADAM. The ADAM you gain when harvesting, however, can be used for so many useful plasmid upgrades. My personal favorites are Hypnotize 3 and Decoy 3.

Believe me,I'm still around the Sinclair Luxury Hotel level and being a "Big Daddy" doesn't seem so easy or fun.Splicers just attack from everywhere with guns,the HP just goes down ridiculously easy,the ammo is rare,the other Big Daddies are stronger...either it's too early in the game and I'm supposed to be so weak or I'm just a lousy player in this game :S

@archer0506 Nope. The only way to go outside and walk around in the ocean is by having a diving suit. Which only Big Daddies seem to be allowed to have....you did become a BD in the 1st, but i don't think you went outside, anyway. Too busy getting to Fontaine.

I love how unforgiving the Bioshock series is. 5 minutes into the game on Normal and i nearly get slaughtered. You definitely can't run and gun in it or you die fast. You have to use the surroundings and powers smart. I'm glad somebody finally decided to set the difficulty to Hell on a game.

It's freaking impossible to beat frank fontaine if u don't have god damn ammo for ur grenade launcher and you need to make it last for five rounds and on top of that your supposed to bring 5 med kits. @skogis06 They help you buy plasmids in the gatherer's garden that you won't usually get lying around rapture. You can in BioShock 1, you can upgrade the amount of plasmids you own which you also get by adam.

You go to the tower, find your way in and take spheric sub down to Rature, the underwater dream city. But, Rapture was corrupted and turned in to a hunting ground. You had to kill big daddies to get to the little sisters to get adam to build your character and survive Rapture to find a way to the surface. But this time, You're the big daddy. ;D
