i think in the video they meant a more gentle exfoliator, like the one's with beads, everyday. and a more gritty one once or twice a week. cuz let's face it, howcast isn't an expert source.

but If ur gonna be rubbing ur skin off everyday than yes ! do it 1 or 2 a week !
