This guy's name should be "Max Tool"! My arms are bigger than this guy's and mine are 17" COLD! Arthur Jones measured Bill Pearl's arm when Bill was in peak shape and his (Bill's) arm was 18-5/8". They were GIGANTIC compared to this tool! YouTube definitely needs to police crap like this guy!
