Looks like a place where there will be a guy on the corner playing a guitar with a bucket out for tips. We have an area in San Diego like this place and there is a guitar guy.

@JohnFromSpace its ok, i guesss there are worse places,but the 12% tax and 11 month grid lock tourist traffic gets old.
