Tip:Once you reach the core, your ship gets so crunched that once it leaves, it is almost immune to gravity. You can travel 20 parsecs within 1`000 (bottom bar) parsecs of the core.

No, you don't need to install anything. A wormhole key is an item in the game that allows you to travel via wormholes.

you have to find a good path go out a bit far from the centre so you can move freely then zoom out and find the best and easiest way to go

When you say "I found a wormhole near the center" do you mean a black hole, or are there wormholes in spore, if there are, i havent seen any yet! Another thing is that i cant get to the center because of grox, im enemies of grox on every account and whenever i get far i get raided by pirates or killed by enemy empires!

Black Holes/Wormholes are one in the same, they loo like stars but are a greyish color, the take on a shape as you get closer. They are all numberes, not named...as for the Grox, you'll always be enemies with them. I found te best tactic was to wait ntil your ufo has all it's tools, buy lots of health and energy packs, and make a mad dash for the center, colonizing an occasional pit stop along the way (also saves you from being sent back to a far away homeworld when you die...and you WILL die) !

My friend said that he was able to ally them by doing like 15 missions for them bribing them with millions of sporebucks and zapping them with the super happy ray for a really long time. Then he said you can just fly right on through and they wont attack u. But he also said that since u r an ally of the grox everyone else hates ur guts

No! You get the staff of life tool, "Steve" gives it to you. To use it, go to your atmospheric tools and it looks a bit like an atom. It will instantly terraform the planet to T-3 but you only get 42 uses. P.S. I hate getting Rick Rolled probably more than you!

I have found earth. the location is angle: 225.06 distance 7,295.43.  I am not sure if that will help. but I found it because my homeworld was near a wormhole that was about 20 pc (or the interstellar drive 5) away from it and I put three colonies on it (It has all the continents and looks awesome). It also has the other planets (not pluto) and I have tried once to get to the center.

The problem I found when I got to the center after having gotten there before with another game was that many of my planets were gone. I had a much harder time the second time. The animals that I evolved were still there but most of my planets from my other saved game had disappeared.

The Staff of Life automatically turns any planet into a T3 planet (the best there is). You only get it by reaching the center of the galaxy and it only has 42 uses.

Dude, I've spent forever trying to find a way to get to the center of the galaxy, while 5 or more grox ships are shooting me. I still haven't found a way, but I know a ton of different ways how NOT to get to the center. But I know one thing, it takes a ton of repair/energy packs.

You have to upgrade maximum to get between each planet further in to the core.

I destroyed a Grox Planet near a wormhole, colonized it, and used it as a Recharge station, I pretty much said the same thing win I reached the center with about 1300 on my original 7500 health left, its a good thing the guy at the center repairs and recharges you ship because you haft to fight your way out of the core too.

I don't get it. I got to go to the center of the galaxy right after I got the last engine update. I hadn't had contact with the Grox till then and obviously they waged war on me. I got to go to the center of the galaxy but all they gave me was the Staff of Live (which I was pissed it had 42 uses but amused by the reference). So... did I technically beat the game? If you have enemies in the space stage, and you go in their territory (seen as a red circle around each planet they own) they will send ships to try and kill you. Those were the Grox.
