  • are or can brembo brake a little noisey when applyed???

  • where's the love button

  • lovely

  • Where and how did you learn this? Can you learn this in college?

  • they are so big !

  • @MrGTR1988 thats what she said!

  • Brembo da best!

  • Beauty :)

  • watching this is so satisfiying

  • The Black Part is Backing Plate. Some people took it off to improve air flow to the rotor. Some people put it back but modified it a bit (cut) so the big caliper can fit.

The reason why some people put it back because they worry the heat from the rotor will hurt the suspension part if they do not have the backing plate.

  • DAMN thats a big ass rotor...LOL....stops on dime I bet. GREAT video!!!!

    XOXO

  • @7674Princess So the brake rotor will be ok without that black thing he took off???

  • @7674Princess That's a splash guard, it helps water move away from the disc which increases braking. Not sure why he hasn't put it back on as it's on every modern car.

  • @naz8901 Oh neat, I can understand the concept of removing water for IMPROVED braking :) I'm guessing with the splash gaurd off, Its just better not to do much driving in the rain or whatever..lol :)

  • @7674Princess

Actually the size of the rotor and the pads do not really increase stopping distance. The main advantage of these brake kits is better feel, less chance of locking up, less fade, and less overheating.

If you really want to stop on a dime get lighter wheels, stickier tires, and a stiffer suspension.

  • I need new brake pads...
