  • nice video...I miss sailing between these two islands. Next time I might be the Navigator traveling this open ocean..:) I wish!!! I like the local chanting. It sounds like it's recorded during the men's drinking circle.

    thanks for your comment! Sailing between ifaluk and woleai was one of the best experiences of my life. I hope to be able to return some day! The music was indeed recorded during a tuba session and later rearranged in the studio for the broadcast.
