Apart from Adele there are only 2 other persons I know about who claim Klinefelter's syndrome as their reason to transition. And Adele was born male, and XXY is not 80% female 20% male at all, as the additional X is inactivated and has no function in the terms of sex determination. I think Adele's a wee bit confused as to her reasoning, but she's made her choice.
