Try using newer polish or thin it out with a polish thinner, it should not clump on your brush, but glide off when you apply your coat, you will know if its good when it slightly drips off the tip. Also if you wish to trim your nails so close to the hypernichium, take time to file them even to the contour of your toes. Very nice feet btw.
