  • Cool thank you very much good sir. I have the Donald duck syndrome thanks this helped alot.

  • Did he just say synergy? I think so.

  • Awesome video !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yo elliot im using this in my coursework at school and was wondering could you go into a bit more detail describing to me how the body works in "different cross paterns" are you talking about antagonistic pairs and stuff? thanks

  • Anyone know what exercises/ workouts to do for the PP syndrome? I was working out a lot before, and when I injured my shoulder I stopped and have'nt been able to start up again because my back is always sore. Its been about 5 months since i have actually gone to the gym; and with working 40hours a week on my days off my back is just too sore to work out. I really need to strengthen the right muscles, but im a rookie when it comes to workout routines. Any help would be great, thanks!

  • What is the quickest way to get rid of DD syndrome?

  • Comment removed

  • wow thanks professor, im a pink panther to a degree, had been doing small excercises which touch the base of what you were saying out of body indicators .etc but now i know where i need to aim

thank you alot sir, it was really helpful, i mean it

  • I have lower back pain after I do sets of deadlifts or squats or the next day but other then that is this normal?

  • Hi,.. good video... I have a question..

I do understand the DD syndrome and how it developed.

BUT How is the PP syndrome developed?

And what is more common DD or PP ? any idea??

  • Thankyou so much i finally understand why my back hurts. i have the donald duck syndrome and what do yoou suggest to fix this? any specific exercises or stretches? please respond i want to fix this asap

  • Does this mean Sir Mix a Lot likes girls with Hyperlordosis?

  • Good job dude, I hope I can get paid in the fitness industry I have no certs or a college degree, I am challenged at this point in my life.

  • 69 vids dont make any more

  • yeah you pretty much saved my lifting carrier.. I can't thank you enough.

  • If I'm Donald Duck and I want to strengthen my hamstrings, should I avoid the stretching type weight training exercises (stiff deads, good mornings) and opt for the various types of leg curls? I really have lots of deep intramuscular pain after I include stiff legged deads in my workouts, and I notice I can dead a lot of weight compared to a pretty weak leg curl. So, If your theories hold true, I'm probably using a lot of lower back during the SL deads and have relatively weak hams. True??

  • @Thomaso702 You can try to take it easy on the dead lifts on the good mornings for about 2 weeks and start doing some extensions geared at making yourself more balanced. At the end of two weeks, reassess to see how you feel. You might even try a month.

  • thank you man what about if your hamstrings are constantly cramping up? for me i was in a car accident senior yr in high school in 07 and. im hella strong now deadliest close to 600lbs and squat 520 i compete in powerlifting. im wanting to get ready for rugby season coming up soon. but my hamstrings will not stop cramping and getting tight to where it hurts any ideas? i have been stretching a lot recently and foam roiling out my upper and lower back and have been trying to roll out my ITBand

  • Thank you Elliot, this great creative stuff.

You are a great teacher! gr.

  • Inspired! thanks!

  • thank you very much..

  • i think i may have a little of the hyperlordosis, should i definitely not stretch my hamstrings that much? i am sort of confused about my whole situation because i heard from many sources that hamstrings are the most important things to stretch for my back pain.

  • Wow, I learned more from you that from my doctor and chiropractor which I pay a lot of money to see. What exercises do you recomend for the "pink panther syndrom"?

    Thanks

  • my butt always stands out = donald duck.

but my upper body always tip forward...

also, my right shoulders is a bit lower than the left side,

a felt a lil' pain in my left lower back inside..

and i couldn't balance squatting on a bosu ball.

I just felt like my body is alil' bit imbalance .

  • @kb826062871 Of course you couldn't balance. Sounds a mixture of scoliosis, lordosis and flexion. Muscle imbalances aren't always easy.

  • @kb826062871 Sounds like you have slight scoliosis i have it too, muscle imbalance stretches and strenghening is what you should be doing, elliott has a few video's on these topics.

  • TYTYTYTYTTYTYTYTYTYTYTY now i know what i have now

  • My back only hurts when I do crunches, any idea how to help that? During the day my back is completely fine.

  • Thanks m8! i never thought about this before, i´ve always had an anterior Pelvic tilt, and i have strained my back a few times, especially after I had problems with pulling my hamstrings.

  • The duck is gonna die :DD

  • Excellent information, and fantastic presentation.

    Thank you

  • Good video, thanks. But I have a question and I will be glad if you can help me.

Well, I think I have small hyperlordosis. My question is about my hamstrings. They are not stretched. I can't even set my legs 90° . But according to what you've said they are weak!?

  • my back hurts even when i sit.

  • dude some really good information

  • Ty Ty Ty

  • vv me too :)

  • Wow thank you! You helped me a lot :) I've been working my abs for a while...Now I know why I have back pains :)

  • Great info, well presented. Have already put to use.

  • That was pretty good info,I got hyperlordosis so,imma use that info to correct my posture.

  • Good information. How right you are about so-called professionals out there giving incorrect advice. I am now a firm believer that if your back is bothering you, go to a chiropractor. As always, excercise is the key.

  • Great video, i am a Chiropractor student and like this alot (already knew this though).

Many wrestlers have the "donald duck syndrome" just because they are so strong in the posterior chain, is that not something positive?

extra: look up Kevin Randelman (a good wrestler and a mma fighter), notice his back.

Love your work man, you are a huge inspiration :)
