@koiefef You can check your speed, distance, and calories burned on it. Maybe some other small features but mainly those. I'm not 100% sure because the one i have is an older model. But i would think it should.
@AustinJanis If you have the iphone, i recommend getting the app which uses your 3G to locate your position, the sensor is meant for ipods. Thanks! make sure to check out more of my vids! this is an old one..
@alozzzy1213 Yeah i know we figured that out after i hooked it up and returned it, it is mainly for the old ipod touches and nano. so yes you are correct.

For iPhone and iPod Touch you don't need the white thing to plug in. They have the sensor built in. The white plug in thing is for iPod Nano
