@Dinocfs depends, if it's a normal Tuscan it has only 350 hp (0-100 4.2 top speed 290km) if it's the S model yes 0-100 3.9 top speed 314km this one seems to be the normal 350 hp version, so yeah could be very close with the m3

As previously stated, the M3 ultimately has more power, and more aerodynamic, thus have significantly more acceleration than the lighter Tuscan at higher speeds. That's pretty much all there is to it.

Hey im with you, i have a TVR i love TVR's and would take a TVR over almost anything, certainly BMW's, they dont do anything for me at all. The thought of spending £60k on an M3 to me is rediculous.

Also for the price of a E92 BMW M3 you could but £10-15,000 worth of Tuscan. Take it to Melling sportscars and have either 518bhp or 550bhp (dyno result verified) at a cost of £7,500 or £8,500 and it would be a car that weighs 1100kg and has 550bhp and would be 599 or carrera GT beating in these drag races from 50-250kph. At a cost of anly between £18,500 to £23,500!! Pluss it solves most of the reliability problems of the engine because of the changes and comes with a 2 year p+l warranty

A very predictable result really, BMW has a proper 414hp the TVR claims to have 380 but in reality has more like 320-330bhp, the BMW got a jump on it and the TVR clawed back the distance and stayed with the BMW untill the end of 4th wich owning a TVR i know is about 135mph+ which you never go past in the real world. Then the huge outright power advantage of the BMW meant it pulled away in 5th. I personally would have the TVR every time 135- is accademic.

TVR Cerbera is what I would like to see race here. 4.5 liters model with 420 hp and about 1100 kg. You would be amazed by what this car can do. I'm surprised with the result in a way. I have driven a Tuscan S and an E92 M3 and I would say the TVR definitely felt a lot faster. I know this is a standard Tuscan but I can't imagine there is huge acceleration difference between this and the S model. M3 is still a hugely impressive car nonetheless.

RWD is WAY better at the top end. If you see a Ford GT stock 550hp race an LP640 stock 640hp about. The GT will pull ahead from about 140mph to wherever they want to top out at. AWD creates so much drag, but off the line it's great. That's why the RS4 does not leave the M3 in the dust.

on a straight line AWD is not too good. and on a quarter mile or shorter AWD is good kuzz you got good grip. really AWD is amazing. i drove a porshce 911 turbo, and i drove another cayman S, and i knew i had more power on the 911, but i had more grip
