When you blow into the tube sticking out, the air pressure pushes the liquid up into the other tube. once it goes over the bend and starts to fill the empty container the siphon process has started. you can stop blowing into the tube and let it "do its thing." as long as you dont mess with it, it should get the job done.
not shure i understand what your saying, you put the holes in the stopper and put the tubes in there. the one with the wine in it is higher than the end container, you thenput one tube into both bottles and leave one sticking out, you then blow into the one sticking out right? how does that get the liquid in the top container to the other?
Freeze your stopper before drilling. Turns out better

Would be cheaper to just buy an auto siphon rather than find those specific parts.
