I think J.K. Rowling killed Fred to show the consequences of war, and how The good guys dont always win. Voldemorts gone, the war is win, but so many are lost. Fred. Remus. Tonxs. Collin. Mad-Eye. And the 50 others who died bringing Voldemort down. There aren't always happy endings in life, and that's the message here. Also, either Fred it George had to grow up- all the characters did. Freds death was George's big growing up point.

My friend and I have a theory...Fred didn't really die- He went to the Bermuda Triangle and just never came back. She says he became Morgan Freeman's assistant God (cuz Morgan Freeman plays God in movies) when he went to the Bermuda Triangle.

Actually, I think they're referring to the hardbacked copy, which goes to page759 including the epilogue. Paperback and Hardback editions ahve a different amount of pages (paperback has smaller pages, thus more of them)

Fred Weasley's death was perhaps the saddest out of all of them.
Fred was one of the people I DID NOT expect to die. I was so saddened when I read the book, and saw those lines that you see at 3:20, words can't describe how much that broke my heart.
Yeah, loads of them got killed in the end of the book... After all it was the Dark Lord and his Death Eaters they were fighting, and you cannot really expect to win such a battle without any loss.
Yet the price for the victory was a bit too high
And now I want to watch the film... when it comes, obviously...

Yeah, loads of them got killed in the end of the book... After all it was the Dark Lord and his Death Eaters they were fighting, and you cannot really expect to win such a battle without any loss.
Yet the price for the victory was a bit too high
And now I want to watch the film... when it comes, obviously...

Tears welled in my eyes when i watched this video ! i am a HUGE FAN OF FRED AND I COULD NOT BELIEVE HE DIED :'-( I feel so sorry for George ! i loved how fred and george could always make a joke in the worst situation. i'm sort of glad j.k. rowling didn't continue the books. i couldn't stand to read about george without fred there too. the last quote on the video.... *bursts into tears and can't continue*

I Think Percy is stupid and that he should have died(My opinion). He Treats his family like Sh*t and then he is forgiven? and to top it off he DOESNT DIE?!?! Why is this sooo unfair! Fred and George fought for what is right from day one and then J.K kills one twin off?!?! Fred without George, George without Fred, it just doesnt fit!!!

Excuse me thevideodisser,you are not a Harry Potter & the Weasley twins fan so you will never feel what we feel about the deaths in the movies especially Fred Weasley.If somebody is a true fan of something,than they'll feel sad and hurt for the sad and depressing things that will happen in their favourite thingy..
