wow. I just downloaded earth but can't get it to view at this level!

some specific places are in this kind of view, i was just browsing around lol, also if some places are not 2d in the side tool bar there is layers and it has 3D BUILDINGS click that and also click terrain. Also monuments are all 3d mostly
