According to the FBI web page of most wanted that I again checked as of 17 Jan 2012 at 0410 GMT both he & Al-Zawahiri were/are wanted for murder & conspiracy to murder US nationals OUTSIDE the US which were the embassy bombings in Africa, for an attack on a Federal facility (location unstated) & he was a suspect in other attacks throughout the world (9/11 not mentioned at all). Al-Zawahiri & not he was indicted for the bombings.

1- no building including WTC was pulverised to dust. (pulverised dust is an illogical statement to make) and Emipre was hit by a smaller plane at a slower speed and had a concrete core. And fires were smaller and put out quickly
2- I am not sure of all contracts provided to the Bin Laden family (and I highly doubt you do too) however the Bin Laden's denounced Osama and they cut ties with each other (continued)

@patrickcorliss because in 2001 Bin Laden denied any involvement in 911 and though it was suspected no hard evidence surfaced at that time. It was not until 2004 when Bin Laden finally admitted to being involved and tapes to support it appeared. By then the DoD was after him. Also Khalid Sheikh Mohamid was the main mastermind behind the attacks. (continued)
