Finally found the reason, it was becouse of the dual prosessor. The game itseems doesent like when to prosessors work together so i had to turn other down to get it working.

No I haven't, try downloaded the latest version of Direct X that might help. If not your disk may be damaged.

no problem, youve inspired me to play the series again. Its a shame though i cant get them work anymore. Have you had problems whit freezing? I mean the game freezes in about 1 minute after you start playing eather thief 1 or 2

Yeah the map was huge, and I missed a piece of loot from the Rothchild's Family only with the garden place. I tried sneaking past but they automatically detect me. Thanks for the advice though.

Acrually the tower thing is exactly what should be happening, you just have to sneak past them after they have killed eachother:D

Ah this is one of my favourite levels. Huge map and a lot of though situations.
