In the end its all about how much money you put into the car, that being said though if you take it to the extreme, the majority of top fuelers, which are the fastest non-jet engine cars in the world run supercharged small blocks and they are pumping out 8 to 9 thousand horsepower or there abouts no one knows for sure coz they cant be dyno'd. The most ive ever seen out of a turbo'd inline 6 is 3 thousand. So really with all the money in the world a v8 will win hands down.
