Hey, I have a question. I'm in the process of writing my manuscript. The publisher asked for a full manuscript. In the table of contents part where I have to put the page number, do I put all of the chapters in the manuscript or just 3 and page numbers and names for the table of contents?
The music, the images, make me want to read the book. Nice trailer
