Just put him on Blind, summon Belias ( and use Haste on Belias), after Belias is out, just keep atacking. Its good to do this fight with Larsa, so he can keep healing yout party with Hi and X Potions.
Shell is a good choice to help when he uses the breath atack.
I fight him on level 40; he was defeatd in 5 minutes.
P.S. At this point in the game if you don't have regen then YOU ARE F**KED! You'll just have to wade it out. Flame breath= HURT!! have Shell! Just keep attacking and pray you get some combo hits!
Lol! I beat ring wyrm at Lv. 29 with all my characters! just now in 15 min! (I had Vossler with me at the time) Have protect & shell on all characters BEFORE battling ring wyrm, cast beserk on Vossler as well. you should have 3 sets of demonsbanes and 3 sets of shielded armor. Cast slow & blind AS SOON as you face ring wyrm. Don't have any elemental weapons equipped EXCEPT for Fiery arrows. Ring wyrm will use restore when his HP reaches 1/3. But only once! Belias and Quickening are a NO NO!
okay, he wasn't exactly a walk in the park, but not much of a challenge either. I just had Ashe and Basch pummel him, with Basch in lure status as he's my current tank. Fran just stood on the sidelines (she's my main ranger) and healed and esuna'ed them both when needed.
Killed this guy as a LEvel 25 party with Vaan, Balthier and Fran. Set up Gambits of Nearest Enemy - Fira, and Self - Charge. So two people just sat there nuking him with Fira then using Curaga or Raise when necessary. Had Slow and Immobilise on the Mark as hes not immune to those, then i had Regen, Protect on Vaan while he had Maine Gauche and SHell Shield and huge armor. He tanked everything,
I was on lvl 47 with balthier before jahara with zodiac spear... He was easy with reflect.

THis mark is pretty easy.

this one is very easy espaecially when your level is very high. beat him at level 60.he only lasted about a minute or two:p

i am only lvl 21-24 AND ALL i did was hurting his half life then he used breath so many times that i got killed dozen of times

maybe u should Lv up more how about everyone to Lv 25+
there are flans in the mines so i suggest u to use a mist chain to elimanate them all at ounce

u need to do marks for bubble magic in bizzar of rubnastre as for dispel is from nalbina fortress
