  • yup :) I started a few days ago, i'm doing it like this: 3 sets of pullups with BW, 3 sets of pushups with BW, 3 sets chins with BW, 3 sets dips with BW. Then i'm going to the assistance machine and doing the same thing all over again with 90% BW, then a bit of cardio. Should help my martial arts too :)

  • well, in the last 2 weeks, i've managed to get an overall about 3 rep increase each set of pullups, same for chins, MANY more dips and pushups. I also started working on 1 legged squats using my hand for assistance against something, i'm up to about 3 sets of 5 reps of these each time i do them :D I'm getting there, got a longgggg way to go though, but i won't give up, i will one day catch up to these guys heh.
