  • This is actually a good video. Sometimes when you click on these links you do not know what you're get. Get job.

  • Nice even though it aint that simple..but nice.

Also when you take the back and you get his wrist to put your hooks in, you can do a full nelson on the person.

  • Nice simple clear explanation.

  • Great detail, thanks a bunch!!

  • Thank u very much for this excellent video, and tell the brutha filming this video--SHAQZILLA--that he did a good job too! Lol.

  • @DethStryque LOL didn't even notice until you said. He must be HUGE he's even standing further away from them and he still a towering giant.

  • yea that guy is a beast.. wouldn't wanna wrestle with that guy haha

  • very nice. thanks for posting.

  • Well done.

  • inside his guard?

  • Good points made in this video, if your new in jiu jitsu this video will break down some key concepts while taking the back, watch carefully. For those with alittle more experiance would it be better to roll towards your side and sink in a body triangle? And when escaping is it a good idea just to try to roll into the choking arm so I am facing him

  • Peace friend, the body triangle would be a good technique to use in this scenario. I prefer turning away from the choke because you back is going to interupt the hinge of the choke (the hand on the bicep) thus neutralizing most of the pressure, but if you try rolling toward the choking arm while your opponent squeezes your neck he may succeed before your facing him. If you escape you will have used more energy than needed for simply laying on the hinge of the choke. Thank you for your comments.

  • Thanks for the advice, appreciate it. I'll be using this technique more in training.

  • Hey man

thats a great start for my escapes as Im only a begginer and I like that simple technique.

    thanks very much

  • glad we could offer you something you could use. we will be adding new videos soon. No editing no graphics just the same old cheesy average joe videos...so stay tuned!!!

  • I think it's a good basic move. Moving out of the choke is an essential basic point that can't be overemphasized.

  • I've seen this move many times before. It works often.

  • IS ME AGAIN... in that case, the 97% of good fighter, will change the position to the top montain!

  • This is simply one technique to escape back control. You teach basics then get more advanced. This does work, I've seen it work. Most the time it doesn't work when a skilled practitioner has your back. Helping people build an arsenal of techniques is whats important. If one technique doesn't work try the next until the escape happens. Your comments are appreciated.

  • a little bit strange move! not technical at all!

  • Thank for the escape technique! Rear naked chokes are probably the most common submission technique used to force a tap-out. Your escape will be very useful! Thanks again!
