First, you have to prove that god, heaven and hell exist. Second, even if hell exists, it's none of your business if someone chooses to go to hell. If someone becomes murtad, how does that affect your ibadah? Will god punish you if I'm the one choosing to be murtad?

You can't say "to you your way, to me mine" or "there is no compulsion in religion" but then say that it only applies to non-Muslims. If someone doesn't want to be Muslim anymore and you prevent him or her from leaving, you are compelling them and contradicting yourself.

In short, Islam is for everyone but Malay is only for Muslims. Thus in Malaysia, everyone can be a Malay if he/she WANTS to, simply by fulfilling the requirements of the law. ;)

I beg to differ. Malay were Hindu/Buddhist before a sizable portion converted to Islam. There is therefore no contradiction if there is a Malay Hindu or Malay Buddhist amongst others.

I'm not sying that a Malay cannot convert to other religion, i'm saying that according to the highest LAW of M'sia, once a Malay leaves Islam, he/she is no longer a Malay.
Even an Indian, Chinese, European and whatever can be a Malay of M'sia simply by fulfilling certain conditions . It is the LAW.

I think you are plain confused. A Malay became a Malay in Malaysia NOT necessarily by birth. They also became a Malay by law. The law states that ANYONE can become a Malay (if they choose to) in Malaysia by fulfilling certain requirements, one of which is first, you MUST b a muslim.
A Malay like me can never be a Chinese or an Indian BUT any indian or chinese can be a Malay IF he WANTS to. I should be the one to hate this, but I'M NOT. Why should you? hehe. =)

You can't say "to you your way, to me mine" or "there is no compulsion in religion" but then say that it only applies to non-Muslims. If someone doesn't want to be Muslim anymore and you prevent him or her from leaving, you are compelling them and contradicting yourself.

Why is it that most of the videos and articles about people who revert to Islam are of the rich, famous, and powerful in society? It seems that a focus on such people reveals a favoritism for the so-called elites. This is not Islamic. Remember the Quranic Surah 80: Al Abasa (He Frowned). The Koran, the Sunnah and the Sira, all reek of violence and intolerance. Hence, the violent and intolerant behaviour of all fundamentalist muslims. It's replete with scientific inerrancies; it advocated hatred and violence against non-muslims. I'm sure you're aware of the verses I'm referring to and are prepared to defend with the usual out-of-context, do-you-read-Arabic, are-you-a-muslim, etc, excuses. Under the Malaysian law. Malay citizens who convert out of Islam are no longer considered Malay under the law. Likewise, a non-Malay Malaysian who converts to Islam can claim to be a Malay, so he is no longer called as Chinese-Malaysian anymore. It's Malay-Malaysian

You are wrong there. Malay has EVERYTHING to do with Islam. One of the preconditions to be a Malay in M'sia is one must be a Muslim. It's the law. Once you leave Islam, you are no longer a Malay. Yet, to be a Muslim, one don't have to be a Malay.
In short, Islam is for everyone but Malay is only for Muslims. Thus in Malaysia, everyone can be a Malay if he/she WANTS to, simply by fulfilling the requirements of the law. ;)

I think you are plain confused. A Malay became a Malay in Malaysia NOT necessarily by birth. They also became a Malay by law. The law states that ANYONE can become a Malay (if they choose to) in Malaysia by fulfilling certain requirements, one of which is first, you MUST b a muslim.
A Malay like me can never be a Chinese or an Indian BUT any indian or chinese can be a Malay IF he WANTS to. I should be the one to hate this, but I'M NOT. Why should you? hehe. =)
