This is part of Jacques Littlefield’s private collection. I’m not sure if the mythbusters filmed anything there or not. Too bad Jacques recently passed away. He has an amazing collection of military vehicles.

It's uses mostly m48 and m60 type suspension components. The engine and transmssion/ final drives are specific to this vehicle. The early m88's (like this one) use a fuel injected, twin supercharged, air-cooled gasoline V-12 with a designation of AVSI-1790-6. Most all m88's were upgraded to diesel engines.
