Another tip:

Make videos worth watching. When people watch your videos they expect something entertaining or fun, if they see a mediocre video shot at 240p or one with a bad stirrings or topic the chance of them subbing just went down. This video was helpful and informative so the chances of me subbing just went up. A tip from freddiew

I honestly appreciate every single view I get, and every single subscriber I get. But I gotta say, it gets annoying knowing your music or whatever you're trying to publicize isn't really going anywhere.
