Ran out of space: Lets not be fooled. CPS is a bunch of check seeking bottom feeders who must have a problem to feed their own guts. Did I mention bottom feeders. They could go back to school or change direction in career but proficiently lazy over empowered un ethical human extension of a crazed government. Nothing more then void bots. The cops might be creepy as hell but they have to prove some guilt....Social workers need just show up at THEIR courts.

Well you bang on!!! I would stand and applaud however my ear phones would drop out. I am sure you also recognize this: You are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law by your peers. REALITY: CPS has their own courts aka judges...good luck on the peers, good luck on getting a chance to talk as your just guilty. Lets not split hairs. A REAL COP would tell CPS to get lost with any request for assistance. If CPS continually harasses you, greet them at the door with your sidearm holstered. They wouldn't DARE risk their lives for Federal funds.

In the civil courts, you are guilty until proven innocent.

Only you'll never be proved innocent.

CPS falsify the evidence.

Civil courts are based on the balance of probability ie 50/50. If the social worker lies well, they'll win, even if the are wrong.

In fact, you can argue that half the decisions of the civil courts are wrong, as they use evidence which by it's nature is at best 50% right. Which means the other half suffer a miscarriage of justice.

It's a technical division of power - which in practice does not exist.

CPS makes wild allegations such as the baby will die within 1 hour if the police don't snatch the child.

Police don't ask for evidence of the medical condition - they are the monkeys which smash down the door and snatch the child.

It's sick. And the police are too stupid to realise they're being used as henchmen.

If you have a baby, CPS loves to use the bogus Shaken Baby Syndrome, as it conjures up images of psycho parents, and they can easily fabricate a diagnosis with their corrupt doctors in their pocket. CPS and cops definately work together - their social workers and the cops probably go to the same depraved parties and laugh about how they steal babies and send them to foster hell.

JB the evidence against you was strong -- you did it, you know you did it, so you pleaded no contest and took the prosecution's offer.

You did the smart thing to keep your children's father from going to prison.

Even if he was guilty of check fraud, that is no right to call CPS. They had no evidence that he was abusing his children. All CPS did was violate his and his children's rights by forcing them to give urine samples.  By the way, urine tests can often show false positives.

Good luck on this I have pointed out where they violated my civil and constitutional rights and nobody cares. I went to the FBI and was told that they don't care. Bottom line they can do what they want when they want and there is nothing you can do. They are the Mafia and will do anything to keep that Social Security money coming in.

He told me to my face he was so abusive that the guard position himself from his post to where we were in the lobby. I think he thought the FBI man was going to hit me. The way he was screaming and hollering at me I wasn't so sure he wouldn't myself.

CPS ignores real, brutal cases of abuse, because they a) don't give a shit, and b) because if there is any abuse / murder that goes public, they use the publicity to lobby for more money, more laws, more social workers. CPS is the most evil entity ever to exist on this planet.

The police and local newspaper should be the only ones able to publicly discuss the case? That isn't fair. They frame public opinion, but defendants who are innocent until proven guilty in court need to shut up and take it? That is un-American.

I did not know that you did not have to let CPS in the home. Most people do not. I did my research, spoke to a county commissioner, and nailed a "No Trespassing" sign to a tree at the end of the driveway. Haven't dealt with them since.

I hope my testimony encourages and even emboldens citizens. They have rights, and these rights must be defended. Currently, our rights are under fire. It is time Americans say that enough is enough, educate themselves and fight back. Stand for truth and justice.

I'm not sure how it's organized in the states but in CAN, we have children's aid societies. there's quite a bit of protection once you study the law, and find that you don't have to participate in a society against your consent. read your state's cps act. they will not tell you what's in it. workers haven't even read it, in my experience. you have more rights than you know. by interacting with them you are consenting to participate in their society. once you do that, you have to obey their rules

I am a divorced father of two girls, and I know FIRST HAND of what government intrusion into your family is like.

I am a US citizen, have no criminal record, no history of violence and yet the state will not give me equal time with my children, that my ex-wife gets to enjoy.

The only way I can do this is to hire some blow hard at $250 a hour and build a CASE as to why I deserve the same time my ex gets with our children.
