Theres so many playable characters, In Story Mode you see great bosses (Example: Porky), The Wifi is great, And atleast they let u play time trials they tell you where some of the characters came from, theres so many fun features, and more! My only complaint is that when your playing alone the CPUs suck so this is the game u just break out when a friend comes over
All 3 Smash games are tournament worthy, if you ask me. The only thing that Nintendo did to brawl was throw away some of the things that was useless, like wave dashing. The L cancel was taken away as well, but it wasn't a worry because it was like, an automatic cancel thing going on with some of the jump moves. Other than that, it was hardcore to me. And I play other games like Tekken, and SSF4, and SC4.

When they won, it was because of tactics, and not wavedashing.

The bad things about this game are:
-The gameplay is a bit slow and not very challenging, but is good overall.
-The demo games were totally useless... they should go on at least 1 hour.
-The Wifi is too freakin laggy... is garbage compared to Mario Kart Wii's.
But overall, this game is really really good. It deserves at least a 9/10.

People don't like brawl because of its shallow gameplay. It takes no skill to play it, so the game's pretty much only fun for people who suck at smash, or people in tournaments who played this game for a really long time. Everyone who can't tell the difference between the gameplay of melee and brawl will like brawl

Ok maybe to YOU brawl looks faster. But melee has way more tech skill. Anybody can learn to glide toss in like two days, or do a sliding up smash. Lets say you practiced glidetossing for a week you would be able to do it consistently. Now try to practice multishining for a week and I doubt you could chain more than two shines together. Melee has way more advanced techniques then brawl and every single one is harder and takes more tech skill, except wavedashing.
