Hi, I have a friend who wants to get married to this girl who is not from this country. From what he told me he doesn't make enough money to meet some requirement. He asked me if I can sponsor her since I meet the requirement. It would require me to provide license and w2 information. I don't mind doing it but I'm not sure what's the legal obligation is.
