@tckmarco Hi, MINI Connected is available for all current MINI series models. MINI Connected was introduced with the model update in September 2010 of MINI Hatch, MINI Clubman and MINI Cabrio and the MINI Countryman. It is not available for any MINI model built before this model update.

@TheKevo393 We do not have the iPhone 5 for testing either. Apple has to launch it first and after that we can work on a possible solution. We all need a little patience until we can answer requests about the iPhone 5.

Just use 'tunein Radio' App (android or apple) connected to your car stereo's AUX in jack.

Listening to my favourite stations LIVE from Ireland and the UK while driving on the Eastlink in Melbourne is fan bleedin tastic.

Very little buffering which is also adjustable; and you can hook it up to any audio device including your home cinema AV receiver!

Bonus is no annoying ads (BBC) or Aussie AdJays (they don't deserve the name DJ anymore) ramming consumer drivel down my throat.

@c3rm Hi, sorry for responding so lately. We had some difficulties to access YouTube, but this is solved now. You need the video/audio adapter cable to use MINI connected. This cable is provided by your MINI dealer. It is not possible to use MINI Connected with a commercial usb able.

The iPhone is the first step in the MINI connected line. Android is next, I think. As for the Facebook and Twitter interfaces, I believe they put in a text to speech reader so that you don't have to look to get the latest feed.

it looks cool but it's plain nonsense in real life. you'll probably be unavailible to check twitter, facebook or rss feeds while driving and it's stupid to check them on car's screen when you're stationary whereas you have your iphone with you .
