I must add that this product can be drink w/ hot water (te or mate caliente) or cold water, that in my country Paraguay is called TERERE (guarani lenguaje) witch es refreshing drink for the summer, the water is mix w/ fresh herbs like orange or lemon leaves, etc. that is gentry rub so your water can have the flavor of it. I also want to mention that you can add sugar to your hot drink that is much better for the one who just start experimenting w/ our beloved YERBA MATE!! VIVA PARAGUAY!!!!
I have been drinking this for about 4 days now and I love it however some may have a problem with the taste. I when to a store down the street from where I live and got some for about 3 dollars it may not be the best however I love it. I may buy some of the Guayaki next week. I love trying out new foods and teas. Enjoy
You don't drink mate because it will boost your energy, mate is about sharing with friends and ancient native traditions, mate is not some Gatorade drink ...
@ovniforos You can drink it for whatever reason you want, sure it's great to drink among friends and family, but it has benefits which make it good as a replacement for coffee. So don't be so small minded if it helps people be productive and happy who is to say how they should enjoy it.

I know that this is a great product to sell, but please remember the community spirit behind the traditions of mate.
I don' t like this advertising talk that make is sound like coffee do not have antioxidants. But coffee have antoxidants! But I am not saying this to promote coffee. I think (organic) Yerba maté is a much better choice than (organic) coffee.
