l'm a fan of broadway, they do it every show ... dancing. singing.. insane arobatiocs for some shows.. all of it...live. so arese off. since l pay for it.l do have a right to judge.. which means l also have the right to take my money elsewhere as well. that's how this works. l guess l'm just tired of the music industry spitting out cratacular albums with one trick': Girlicous liar lira flo Rida live
I was sitting next to the stage for the BSB concert, and they did such a great job openning. Its really difficult to sing and dance and they pulled it off like it was notihing. They danced amazing, and looked it as well. The were soooo entertaining. Loved everyminute, especially the dance numbers between songs.
you can clearly tell all of them were singing live and not just when they wanted to , yes this wasnt there best performace but there are amazing ,i just find it really disconcerting that people have to focus on the negative and that some people are sooooo bored with their own lives that they need to manifest lies to hurt another person . Girlicious is amazing and CAN sing live they did it for like a month on the show .
Look, I'm not hatin' on them. They're my secret indulgence. I take shit for actually taking interest in them at all, because honestly, they are the typical poppy girl group. But I expect more from those that I do listen to, and personally, I respect those that sing and dance live, not those that need a track to back their voices. I like the songs, but the group has a lot more to go.
What's sad is that Chrystina was the only one really singing...then Nat comes in, and she was singing at first, but then it's like she didn't realize the playback wasn't as loud so she stopped. Nicole was going in and out. I didn't hear Tiffany, other than a couple breath marks. They're going to need to step it up a bit.
Yes, you can, because you can hear it when the singers fade. Like on the first 'aha' I think Chrystina said it like once and nobody else said it. You can also hear it when they sing out of key or off the track.
Tiffany sounds a lot like her recorded voice in this song, Nicole was probably just starting to come down with chicken pox (sorta late to just be getting it, but oh well). Natalie and Chrystina were quite live, you even hear Natalie use a bit of the squeak we heard on the show.
the sad thing is, Ashlee has sung live more often than not, she got caught one time for whatever reason and she was labelled the lipsyncer for the rest of her career.
They are just starting out. They are starting to turn the playback down, so I'm giving them leeway. As long as they don't pull a Britney and never sing live on tour...
Same here. I enjoyed the show. Normally, I am into alternative/R&B/rock. I do like all genres for various reasons and artists...except country. Sorry...I just can't get into that genre. Anyways, I'm with you. As long as they improve continuously, then I'm down.
I hate Britney Spears the performer...however, I did download her 'Break the Ice' because it was actually decent. So I guess as long as GLG makes decent music, then I'm down.

yeh chrys started off live.. so did nat
then from then they sort of sang every now and again
but the routines are hard and yes if they had the talent they would sing 100% live but they dont
they're dancers who can sort of sing with the exception of tiffanie and nichole who are ok singers and natural dancers.
beyonce etc might be able to sing more live and get more vocals out with crazy routines but believe me.. they ALL use backings.
