Riddick need diet,lot of cardio....but not running.....because he is to heavy..around155-*160kg swimming will be good...every day minimum 2000-2500meters....maybe after 4-6 months he can be around 120-125kg
Riddick Bowe is Very UNDER-RATED. He does have an impressive Record, and has only lost one time, to Evander holyfield out of their three epic battles. I'll love and hope to see him get back in shape, seeing as though he still winning fights out of shape, THAt SHOULD tell people something about this man.
