I can't tell you how many thousands of people I set up computers for dial up access back in the mid 90's that didn't realize they could bypass AOL completely and just run the Internet straight up using a browser. We started our own local ISP because it was a long distance call to dial into any network, and that was a huge expense back then.

For example... Google gives you a unique cookie ID based off your MAC address, so if you get a new computer, you get a new ID, if you use a proxy, it won't work.. it goes off of your MAC ID, not your IP address.

Your installation of Microsoft Windows has a unique ID, although it can be manipulated in the registry to some extent. Your computer has a unique ID too. If not in Windows then on hardware level. So or so, the fact is: if the government and spy agencies want then they can trace everyone! The trick is to increase the time they need to trace you, so that you can change your identity meanwhile.

Or the mere fact that you watch Alex Jones videos and comment on it, as we all do, is a piece of info for those spying companies. In order to be really stealth on the net, you have to make sure that no connection can be made between your actions on the internet and you as a person in real life. That's hard but possible.

Ofcourse you can use a dynamic IP system where the last two numbers of your IP change in a certain time interval. It will take them longer to trace your exact location since they will only know in which country, state and city you are. If you can hide your full IP you can be 100% anonymous.
