I am 17 and I came out to my best friend 2 months ago though he did not tell anyone about it or get me in trouble but things did change a bit. I haven't told my parents yet but since my family is mostly atheist and certainly not conservative I guess it won't be that tough. But I don't know if I would be able to tell them, I feel they would upset by my sexuality, though they may not show it.
