Access Recovery mode and find a video that shows you how to downgrade your psp... that program can let you modd the psp to CFW and restore the normal files

There was a MUCH easier solution; just shut down, press the right shoulder button while booting again and presto just open up flash0 to computer and look for the file you deleted. You didn't have to lose a single byte of info....

How did i? or how do you? Either way, this was originally done using a PSP firmware emulator. no harm done. But if you actually get a RSOD, then all you need to do is get a pandora's battery and magic memory stick. 5 mins later... All done! :D

dude its just index.dat, it saves the menu file of your PSP, so if you turn it on, it won't load cause theres nothing to load for menu, there for gives you a warning screen. Its not that hard.
