Do you know the old 12 girls band broken apart. now they have one new 12 girls band. only couple girls stay in the new 12 girls band when the old 12 girls band broken apart.

Does someone know who sings this song in the Tibetan language? Is it sung by one of the 12 girls?

@InfinitiesObserver it is not sung by the 12 girls band.  it is sung by Soinam Wangmo. the Tibetan singers just amazing when they singing on the sea level. please turning down the volume to nejoy due to powerful the voice. i will not response the sound damage you hearing.

@12tongtech Many thanks for your information. Soinam Wangmo is one of my most favorite Chinese/Tibetan singers. It's a little embarassing that I didn't tell that she was the singer. Thanks again for sharing these wonderful videos to us.

@12tongtech On a second listening, I suspect that the singer should be 巴桑(Basang) - another excellent Tibetan singer. Though I don't speak Tibetan, yet it seems that 索朗旺姆and 巴桑 sing in different dialects of the Tibetan language. Moreover, 索朗旺姆's "振谷" 唱腔 seems unique even among Tibetan singers. The ending pitch of 索朗旺姆is even higher and more vibrating. Thanks.

PS: 西藏大学音乐教授更堆培杰说: "西藏歌曲的魅力源于它传统的 "振谷" 唱腔，这是西藏民歌独有的发声方法，藏语意为 "嗓间拐弯处"，利用咽喉发出悠扬、高亢的声音。”

@InfinitiesObserver I have the feeling that Tibetan singers able to sing very high pitch when they singing on the sea level. I think this song was sung by 索朗旺姆 because she sung more powerful than 巴桑. I love those Tibetan girls by just listen their singing make me more stronger. i think you and me have same taste. haha.

I want to tell Liao Bin Qu (Nancy) nobody i will let (Hua dan) and (Xiao Shang) of all chinese cantonese opera artisets in guangdong and guangzhou southern part of china back to Washington Dc State of Maryland USA to do more performances they did not come back 7 years again.
