  • Hopefully more cities will be willing to run similar programs & adopt a similar Responsible Pet Ownership Bylaw. This video shows how Animal Services volunteers aide in socializing shelter dogs & evaluating their personalities to help place the dogs in the most suitable homes. Animal Services says volunteers are extremely helpful as staff don't have as much one-on-one time with the dogs.
