If im not mistaken there are 3 seals one to close the opening when a pellet is inserted, one in the form of a ball which is released when the weapon in discharged and the obvious one used to pump pressure into the gun. Did you consider putting a better spring behind the bolt so it stays snugly in-place when ready to fire and replacing the seal as you did? Could you explain why exactly you added length to the feed probe? Thanks.

Thanks for the informative clip!I have applied your techniques where I can,as I have an early model 1377.The standard breach bolt does clear the pellet at least 4 to 5mm past inlet valve hole,but I did buy&fit an over sized o ring to breach bolt,and it is sealing really well now :) I just have to place an o ring on inlet valve,and job is done.Thanks again!

having torn down my 2240 last night, I was thinking this exact mod, the air from the valve hits the front and back of the pellet, so this is the perfect mod...

the extra seal makes more pressure in the barrel.

Ну изначально носик "досылателя" короткий и пульку ставил прямо на отверстие откуда выходит сжатый воздух, удлинив носик я освободил путь сжатому воздуху, это первое. Ещё то колечко, что на "досылателе" стоит в самом начале, не достаточно плотно блокирует ствол с козённой части, ток что не лишним было его улучшить, таким образом избавились от основной утечки воздуха. Ещё я там резинку одел на стальную муфточку маленькую, которая соединяет накопитель воздуха и ствол...

... там изначально просто металл воткнут в металл, безо всяких прокладок. Вот то что я сделал на видео это херня, сейчас я взял эту муфточку и эпоксидкой приклеил к стволу, утечки вообще практически исчезли, пистолет стал заметно мощнее, правда теперь не так просто его разобрать из-за этого стало, да и пофиг, надо будет разобрать оторву муфточку от ствола.

i did this to but i dident like how it was with the lighter's rubber ring i made the push rod a bit shorter and on the back side i drilled/cut out a place for a small neodymium

@mlb0226 В начале использовалась не отвёртка, а шестигранник, вообще он довольно редкий, это самый маленький который бывает, кажется. Вообще его можно выточить из гвоздика.

In addition to brown parts, plastic is black sighting equipment and black box of bolt (my natural language is Russian, I can not translate special tecnical words correctly). Brown plastic nice and solid. Black plastic sighting equipment is not very good. Black plastic box of bolt is good.

Okay thanks any ways I improved that seal on mine but I noticed that only the seal between the valve and barrel was missing an o-ring there is a big o-ring already integrated into the pumping arm and I noticed a significant improvement in stopping power with this thanks great simple free mod huge help I hope mores to come like compressing the trigger spring I can describe that to you in a pm if you want me to so you could make a tutorial it greatly improves the trigger pull much smoother

@dragonforcerockshard BBs consists of steel. Steel balls may erase the rifling in the barrel.

The bb's are sub-caliber. That's why they roll out of the end of the barrel. They are actually size B steel shot not BB. If you bought real BB size steel shot from a reloading supplier they would spoil your rifling and might stick in the barrel. The bb's sold for air guns is .170 caliber not .180 like reloading BB.

@aqtemka у меня нет хрона, я не знаю какая теперь скорость, но выстрел стал звучать как бы сочнее и пробивать пистоль стал то что не пробивал, например пластиковую бутылку с водой с 6 метров насквозь, ещё заряжать стало удобней.

@supertolstyi Эпоксидкой клеил, именно это эпоксинка с повышенной прочностью, вообще любая подойдёт, главное состав нормально размешать.
