This was so row,rough, honest, tired, emotional and coming from the deepest side of her. With some singers sometimes when voice is the most tired and you are over the edge you can get most unforgettable notes out of your lungs. Clean and perfect performance is not always particularly most human.

This version is my favorite. She gives me shivers.

i think bjork is a person who lets it come out naturally. she doesn't spend 1,000 hours practicing one song before an audition like britney or christina. because she doesn't care -- each performance is its own.

It is possible she forgets lyrics. i've seen her perform 5 xs and i've seen her stumble on lyrics. But her pair of lungs usually saves the day. This is why she is a magnifecent jazz singer. Also, she is a rebel. It's her way of giving the song a new meaning.

I actually liked the Inuit choir more than the Greenland girls and the original recording. I thought they sounded the best on this, just their whole feel matched the song really well, it was really emotional. But all versions f this song are better than most of the things i've heard.
