@Fender666Bass oh i had a simallar problem i couldnt get out of the clouds but then i realized that it was 1. wasnt going in the right direction(you can look at the map and just zoom in) and 2. to get above the clouds i tapped the wii remote on my leg and he started going into the sky.

nowfor your case though idk if you alreadyfigured it out yourself is tht maybe you need refreh ur game or again make sure your flying in the right direction oh and if you use the flying boost (all 3) tht's why
