since earth is the third planet in the solar system and if the sun swalows earth when it enters it's red giant phase, wouldn't saturn or one or more of it's large moons be able to sustain life.

@andyb9275 No, because once the Sun runs out of helium it will collapse into a white dwarf. There won't be enough heat to prevent everything from icing over.
