But blackops doesnt go by connection bro. You could have a 4bar connection with 0.35 download 0.11 upload, it goes by ping.

4 bar is below 100 ping, 3bar is 200 and above , 2 bar is 300 and above 1 bar is 400 ping and above.

The higher the ping the shittier the connection.

Black Ops doesnt even have any server except to run the Matchmaking and host migrations, It goes by a player host, not servers. Buuuuuuttt
