Well, consider Russo as a cow - cow do milk, but also make crap. Good farmer (in this case it was McMahon) use milk when it fresh and clean crap, but bad farmer (Turner or Carter) foolishly mix shit with milk, as result milk turn sour. sometimes Russo had good idea (milk), sometimes horrible (crap), but not always have "farmer" to separate it.
