this is why I moved to Vegas. Yes its Sin City and it does live up to the name but the suburbs are pretty good and quiet, there are a lot of new home being built for a really good price. Really nice place to get a home if you can take the heat
There is zoning. There are master planned communities like Summerlin, Southern Highlands, Anthem, etc., and most communities are in Planned Urban Developments (PUDs). In general, the lots are small in Las Vegas, but there are plenty of neighborhoods with more room.

Is there any zoning in Vegas? How are they able to build such a huge house on such a small lot?! That would be impossible here in PA.
