Bynum can be the 2nd best center in the nba.. but he's a lazy bum lacking the heart for the game.. there's times where he just looks satisfied n happy where he's at rather than going out there and playing harder then what he's capeable of :(

yeah bynum has potential though.having dwight wont be better than having both bynum and gasol.bynum himself is almost better than dwight.dwight is only better than bynum at 2 things rebounding and blocking shots.bynum has much better passing and scoring skills than dwight.bynum and gasol under the rim are almost unstoppable at the top of theyr game.i just wish they wouldnt trade either guy.pau is a really good player its sad that we lost shannon brown&LO :(

@nyelement007 Yea I have changed my stand on this topic in thepast couple of weeks. Watching Pau and Bynum work together, I don't think there's another team in this league with the same front court combo. Ultimately I think Howard doesn't merit trading the both of them.

I agree, losing Odom and Brown has been very detrimental. They were the spark off the bench, now we're bringing on guys like Kapono off the bench. What do we expect Kapono to do? Guy can't even do his job properly, shoot 3pts.

I like the Lakers but the one hurting the team right now is a combination of Kobe's shot jacking (taking 31 shots or like last night shooting 8-21 for just 24 points) on bad shots or double teams and lack of depth and perimeter shooters--- Don't blame anyone else before looking at Kobe [face it, he's trying to do too much and playing too many mins.]

@thabeatkonducta this is true. Matt Barnes has really stepped up and erned that starting position! Kobe too is trying, however, I feel he is doing TOO MUCH (yes, its possible to do too much)... Bynum is having a career year also. Gasol is playing decent but he too is getting old but besides that, I feel Mike Brown and the Lakers haven't learned how to utilize him in their new offensive/ defensive scheme is all (there are many more games/ practices to be played)
