@ourher0 i mean when the guy's lying on his side, normally you see them put some sort of support under the head so the patient doesnt have to hold his head straight?

@harper16 Oh yeah, I'm not sure, it is kind of a makeshift setup in the field, but you'd think he would have brought something along if the headrest on the table wasn't adjustable.
