I have seen my hometown change so much in all seventeen years of my life (ironic, seeing that the song is called "Seventeen Years"). Buisnesses cut down trees and make lots recklessly and without care, often not even using them and abandoning equipment and foundation along with it. Even the woods that I played in as a child have been demolished to build a housing complex. It truly breaks my heart.
